Prongs likes to hang out with his brother Padfoot, and is the mischief maker in the family, chasing a toy or waiting to ambush another cat while remaining hidden under the bed or chair! He is curious and intelligent, and it’s not unusual to be awoken by his long whiskers tickling and investigating “Are you still asleep, surely it’s breakfast time’?!

The Cat Posse is a group of individuals devoted to rescuing and rehabilitating unwanted and abused cats in Southern California.

They educate communities about the importance of spaying and neutering, and believe that all animals deserve dignity and kindness as they work toward the day when all public shelters will be “no kill”.

Adoption Policy

If you are interested in adopting Prongs or any cat from Cat Posse, please fill out their adoption application form here. There are a number of questions but it is crucial for them to match each cat with the best possible home.

After your application has been reviewed, you will be contacted by a member of the Cat Posse team. The adoption donation fee for all cats is $120. All cats are home delivered.
